To send SMS messages via the CRM, you'll need to set up a brand with Nexmo/Vonage, and have your messaging approved by carriers. This process can take up to a month, so please prepare accordingly.
After creating your Nexmo/Vonage account here, follow the following instructions at each page by Vonage to complete the setup process:
