Adding Google Analytics to your Site

Adding Google Analytics to your website to track your traffic is incredibly simple on the website builder. First, go to analytics.google.com to either create your Google Analytics account, or if you have already, to grab your Google Analytics ID. 

To find your tracking ID simply:

1. Sign in to your Analytics account.
2. Click Admin.
3. Select an account from the menu in the ACCOUNT column.
4. Select a property from the menu in the PROPERTY column.
5. Under PROPERTY, click Tracking Info > Tracking Code. Your tracking ID is displayed at the top of the page.

Once you have your ID, log into your platform account and open your site builder.

From your site builder, click "Settings", then scroll down to find "Tracking" and enter your tracking ID into the box provided. You can do the same with your Webmaster Tools ID to authenticate your website on Google's Webmaster Tools.
