How Do You Create/Assign Tasks for a Content Project?
Creating and assigning tasks for a specific content piece/project is easy.
- First, go to the specific content by clicking on the content title in the Create Module dashboard
- This will take you to the Content Editor screen for this specific piece of content (or content project). You'll see the "Content Tasks" on the right side. To create a new task, click on the blue "New Task+" icon.
- The New Task modal will slide out from the right side. Complete the fields and assign the task to the appropriate team member. Then, click the blue "Add Task" button.
- Once you add the task, it will appear in the task list on the right side of the content editor (See "Have Bob Edit This Content" below) and also send an email out to the person you assigned the task to. The task will also appear on that users dashboard inside the app.
