The Advertising Module has created this Privacy Policy (“Policy”) in order to demonstrate our commitment to customer privacy and to inform users of our policies and procedures regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personally identifiable information received from users of this module. Please note that this Privacy Policy only applies to the information that we collect through this module [as well as through the paid search management software application available on this module (“The Advertising Module Services”)]. Your privacy when using the The Advertising Module Service is of great importance to us. By holding a User Account on the The Advertising Module Services, you consent to the data practices prescribed in this Policy. We consider information that may be used to identify an individual, including but not limited to, a first and last name, home or other physical address, an e-mail address, phone number or other contact information, whether at work or at home, to be “Personal Information.”
Collected Information:
We require persons who create User Accounts on the The Advertising Module Services to give us Personal Information, such as their name, company name, address, phone number, and e-mail address, and financial qualification and billing information, such as billing name and address and credit card number, by filling out our online forms or faxing in paper forms. We may also ask for additional Personal Information, such as title, department name, fax number, or additional company information, such as annual revenues, number of employees, or industry. Customers can opt out of providing this additional information by not entering it when asked. Users can update their Personal Information at any time by logging into The Advertising Module Services and editing their Personal Information within the “My Account” tab. In addition, Administrators must enter a name and e-mail address for each new User Account that they create. Administrators are solely responsible for obtaining consent to use your name and e-mail address in this manner, and The Advertising Module shall bear no liability for the decision of an Administrator to create a User Account on your behalf. If a User Account has been created on your behalf without your consent, your sole remedy is to contact The Advertising Module Security at support@tech-toolbox.net and ask that your User Account be terminated and your Personal Information be deleted from the The Advertising Module Services. The Advertising Module will investigate any User Account so reported, and will delete the Personal Information associated with any User Account found to have been created without consent. The Advertising Module uses the Personal Information that we collect to set up the The Advertising Module Services for individuals and their organizations. You may opt-in to allow us to use your Personal Information to contact you to further discuss customer interest in our company, the The Advertising Module Services, to send you our newsletter, and to send information regarding our company or partners, such as promotions and events. Your Personal Information will not be distributed or shared with third parties without your consent. Customers can opt out of being contacted by us, or receiving such information from us, at any time by sending an email to support@tech-toolbox.net.. However, The Advertising Module at all times reserves the right to use your email address for administrative purposes such as notifying you of major The Advertising Module Services updates, for customer service purposes, or notifying you of changes to this Policy or the Terms. Generally, you may not opt-out of these communications, which are not promotional in nature. If you do not wish to receive them, you have the option to deactivate your account. Except as we explicitly state at the time we request information, or as provided for in the Terms, we do not disclose your Personal Information to third parties without your consent. All financial and billing information that we collect is used solely to check the qualifications of prospective customers and to bill for The Advertising Module Services. This billing information is not used by The Advertising Module for marketing or promotional purposes. The Advertising Module uses a third-party intermediary to manage the credit card processing. This intermediary is solely a link in the distribution chain, and is not permitted to store, retain, or use the information provided, except for the sole purpose of credit card processing. Other third parties, such as content providers, may provide content on The Advertising Module Services, but they are not permitted to collect any information nor does The Advertising Module share Personal Information with these parties without your consent. Users will be using The Advertising Module Services to host User Provided Data. The Advertising Module will not review, share, distribute, print, or reference any such User Provided Data except as provided in the Terms, or as may be required by law. Individual records may at times be viewed or accessed only for the purpose of resolving a problem, support issue, or suspected violation of the Terms, or as may be required by law. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of the user name and password associated with their User Account. The Advertising Module may also collect certain information from visitors to The Advertising Module web site and Users of The Advertising Module Services, such as Internet addresses. This information is logged to help diagnose technical problems, to administer The Advertising Module web site, and to improve the quality of The Advertising Module Services. Correcting & Updating Your Information:
If customers need to update or change Personal Information, they may do so by emailing support@tech-toolbox.net. To discontinue the service and to have data returned, email support@tech-toolbox.net. The Advertising Module will respond to your correction or update request within at most 30 days from the date of your request.
Supplementation of Information:
In order to provide successful pay-per-click search management software services to you, we may on occasion supplement the personal marketing information you submitted to us with information from third party sources, including but not limited to search engines and other pay per click marketing sites.
Enhancement of Marketing Profile Information:
Sometimes, for ourselves or on your behalf, we purchase certain marketing data from third party sources, including but not limited to search engines and other pay per click marketing sites. We then add it to our existing marketing database, to either help you to improve their pay per click marketing performance, or better target our advertising and to provide pertinent offers in which we think you would be interested. To enrich our Marketing Profiles of individual users, we tie this information to the personally identifiable information they have provided to us.
