If you need to cancel your account or product, please be aware that your data for that specific tool, or your account will be deleted and lost. Also, please note that tool cancellation needs to happen before 12am, UTC on the first of the month - cancellations after stated date/time will have already purchased your license for the next month and your tool/account will be set to go dormant and billing stopped for the following month. Purchases made after the 1st of the month at 12am, UTC are non-refundable.
Cancelling a tool:
To cancel a single tool and leave your account and other tools you are purchasing active, simply send an email to email@example.com with your name, business name, and tool you want to cancel. You will receive a follow up confirmation email.
Cancelling an account:
To cancel an account, go to the "User/Business Management" page in your account, and simply click the "Delete" link next to the business you want to cancel. Account and tool will be slated for deactivation.
