Auto Tax Calculator in Orders app
We have upgraded our Orders app with an Automated tax calculator. In addition to integrating customer’s location based on goods and service taxes, we have incorporated an automated tax calculator into the Orders app. Therefore, each State’s tax value can be configured and levied accordingly. This includes both single and multi-rate taxation systems. The tax code can be created inline or on the header levels depending on the configuration. You can apply this on both percentage and fixed values of tax rates.
Document Visibility Access
The CRM apps enable users to add and share the documents inside the applications. From this update, we have introduced visibility access to provide the visibility condition for sharing the document with the employee or team. With that, you can restrict the access of the document only to the shared employee or the team. So that, the document can be accessed only by the shared employee/ team. It also allows you to add the message while sharing the document. Besides, the receiver will get the email notification with the message and file name when the document is shared. You can also get the document history with the shared employee details and time.
Improved SMS Functionality in Leads, Contacts, and Customers
The SMS Triggers feature of the Contact Center app is now further enhanced to set up the Triggers in Leads, Contacts, and Customers apps. With this support, you can easily send an SMS automatically to your leads, customers, and contacts depending on the criteria configured in the Triggers. You can now directly trigger the SMS's to all the business phone numbers added to a particular record. This includes both Event Based and Time Based triggers. You have to enable the SMS service in the Contact Center application to send an automatic text message based on your business needs.
Introduced Estimates Templates
The Estimates app helps to create and send accurate quotes for your customer on time. In this latest update, we have introduced the templates option to create predefined estimate templates. With that, you can create a template for the estimates with the Customers, Payment Term, Services Provided, Products/Items Sold, with the pre-loaded Summary Section and incorporate them while creating a new estimate. Businesses can use the template to auto-populate the information added in templates and to make calculations quickly, without any delay. You can also set the visibility condition for the templates to be visible only to selected employees as per your requirements.
