[Update] X/Twitter API and Feature Sunset - 05 October 2023

X (FKA Twitter) has introduced some changes to their API functionality, impacting third-party tools, which have had a significant impact on our ability to continue supporting various features.

While we're in the midst of figuring out the best way forward, it's important to know that these changes will start affecting related functionalities as X rolls out its updates.

Features which are no longer supported by X and have been removed from the social tool:

• Twitter Profile Search
• Twitter Profile suggestions in the Compose Box
• Monitor > Search
• Twitter Social Feeds (Mentions and Retweets tabs)

Features which are impacted due to X's discontinued APIs:

• Twitter Search Profiles
• Keyword Monitoring
• Reporting (Mentions and Retweets)
