Response Templates based on Star Rating

We've recently added the ability to set up templates for your reviews based on the star rating you have. So when a new review comes in, you can look at the pre-uploaded templates that you have in the system that will automatically pull in the reviewers name, make any small edits you'd like, and quickly send your response! 

To start using this service, simply log into your account, go to any review that needs responding, and click the "Click Here" as shown in the image above. You'll then upload your review responses via a CSV document. Make sure you click the link toward the top to download a sample CSV document to use in creating your response templates.
