Error with Outlook Authenticating
You may be having an issue getting your Outlook account to authenticate in the IMAP set up. This may be simply because you are using Outlook through Office365. The Server and Port may be different.
You'll just need to quickly check the server name on your outlook account to get set up.
To find your server name and port, go to your Oulook account, click the settings gear on the right, and click "Options."
Then click the "Mail" dropdown and then the "Accounts" dropdown. Click POP and IMAP to check on your server/port settings. See image below:
Head back into your CRM account, into preferences and email and replace the automatically filled in server name and port fields with the information from your Outlook account from above.
