How do I Export data from Intelligence Charts?

Intelligence Dashboards allows you to present your business information, attaining a new perspective, and share it with employees and teams. You can create such dashboards using custom reports and charts.

Every one of us had come to a point, where we demand actions to be done a single step. The Opportunities App gives you the privilege to do Export Bulk Actions from intelligence chart instantly. This lets you to Export the data from intelligence chart.

For instance: Imagine, you would like to export multiple Opportunities data. In that case, instead of manually selecting and exporting those records, the opportunities records can be bulk selected and exported instantly.

Steps to Bulk Export the Opportunities

• Log in and access the Opportunities App from your universal navigation menu bar.
• Create a new intelligence dashboard.
• In the Left side panel of Opportunities App select the configured dashboard.
  
  

  

  
  
  
• Select the data in the chart and it will redirect to the opportunities list.
  
  

  

  
  
  
• Select the opportunities that you would like to export.
  
  

  

  
  
  
• On selecting multiple Opportunities, the “Bulk Actions” button gets enabled. Now, click on the “Export” -> “.csv” -> “All Fields”.
  
  

  

  
  
  
• The Bulk Actions Export popup will be displayed, where select OK to export the Opportunities.
• You can find the exported Opportunities in the .csv file.
