In some cases, people just don't respond or engage with an email or request that comes to them the first time. Giving them that little extra nudge is often needed to get someone to go online and actually review you.
With the Reputation Management tool, you can do just that - sending up to 2 extra (3 in total) requests for a review.
To get started, first log in your account and go to the Reputation Management tool. Once there, click the settings and go to "Account Management." From there, click on the account you want to set up the drip campaign for, and click "Edit."
From here, you'll scroll down to the "Features" area. Turn on the "Additional Requests" feature, and select how many requests you'd like to send. Below that, select the intervals for which you'd like to have your request sent. Scroll to the bottom and click save.
That's it! Your account will now send additional requests to your clients if they do not open your email.
