We recommend using Google's Chrome or Firefox as the default browser with the platform.
CHROME:
If you are experiencing an issue of seeing a login screen on tools within Chrome that you have purchased and activated for your business, this is typically due to a cookie misconfiguration or a setting on your browser that is blocking the automated login. Please follow these steps in this order to resolve the issue:
1. Close down the platform completely and clear your cookies. This should allow the system to grab the new cookies that the platform automatically sets. Log back into your account and check the tool.
If that doesn't clear the issue:
2. Reset your browser settings to default. Some times certain settings can effect how the single sign on works. Go to chrome://flags in your browser and click the "Reset all to default" button:
You will need to restart your browser and re-open the platform to check your tools.
If that doesn't clear the issue:
3. In some cases there may be an extension or other setting blocking the single sign on. There is an easy fix for this where you can keep your extensions as they are. Go to chrome://flags and in the searchbar, search "samesite." You should find that four settings come up for this search - disable all four:
You will need to restart your browser after saving these new settings. Once you've restarted, check your tools. This should definitely have cleared the issue. If it has not, submit a ticket so our team can schedule some time with you to further troubleshoot.
FIREFOX:
If using firefox, in the URL bar, type in about:config
You'll first see a "Proceed with Caution" message. Don't worry, we are not changing anything here that has security implications. Click "Accept Risk and Continue."
In the searchbar, type "samesite". The, at the bottom, click the "+" next to the row that says "samesite"
From there, click the "Toggle" button until the value reads "False"
That's it. Go ahead and close this page and head back to the platform to see that all tools are now accessible.
