Setting up SEO alerts

The SEO platform can notify you when your data has changed significantly and with clear in-app notifications and email alerts.

You can setup sophisticated custom alerts for changes to any of these key SEO metrics:

• Share of Search

• Keywords Ranking

• Rank Traffic

• Ranking Page

• Backlink Data

• Google Search Console

• Universal Rank

As you can see from the image below, the alerts are in the top right hand corner when you login. If you have an alert this will be highlighted in yellow.

How do I set up SEO Alerts?

Login to the platform and click on the notification icon in the top menu bar (the bell symbol). This will take you to the alert configuration screen. Here you can select ‘Add New Alert’ which will allow you to choose the SEO data you want to track and the type of notification you want.

⚠️ Alerts can be powerful but need to be relevant so they don’t become distracting. Be sure that you set up your alerts accordingly.
