The social tool allows you to be able to set up keyword monitoring across the web and social. This is a powerful tool to enable you to keep track of what your competition is saying and doing online.
To set up this feature, simply follow these instructions:
1. Navigate into your social tab, and and click the Monitor button. Once in, you have the choice of setting up keywords to follow, social feeds of different companies and accounts, or just do one-off searches. Click into keywords, and then click the New Monitor button.
2. Work through the wizard inputting the keywords you'd like to see, keywords you want left out, location you'd like the search constrained to, etc. Click submit.
3. You'll see on the far right side of the screen the search categories you have created, and can choose which ones you'd like to focus on. It can take up to 24 hours to start populating data as the system scrapes the web for data. In the feed window you will see social postings, media postings, Google and Bing mentions, and more.
