How Do I Use EZ Response?

We designed EZ Response to be, well, easy to use.

Start off by clicking on "Respond" in the left-hand menu.

If you a ResponseScribe client, you will not see the "Respond" tab. Click on "Listen" and then "Review/Response Feed" to view the responses we've posted for you.

Then click on the "EZ Response" tab. Here you'll be able to see all the outstanding reviews you have yet to respond to.

To respond to a review, just click the blue "Respond" button. Write your response in the text box, click the blue "Submit" button, and you're done!
