You can notify us at any time that you want to terminate your Technology Toolbox account and our storage of your personal information, and upon receipt of that notice, we will remove all information about you from our database, at which point you will no longer be able to access any of our services that require registration unless you re-register. In addition, our systems permit you to review your personal information and ensure that it remains current and correct. Through your personal profile, which you can access from your “General Settings” page on the Site, you may: (1) review and update your personal information that we have already collected; (2) choose whether or not you want to receive (or continue to receive) information about our company, or promotional material from our business partners; and (3) choose whether or not you want us to share your personal information with third parties. It is solely your responsibility to ensure that your personal information remains current and correct and accurately reflects your preferences regarding how you would like us to treat your personal information. Please note that once you have selected and registered under your chosen user name, you will not be able to change that user name (so choose carefully!).

TT, the Site and the Service have security measures in place to prevent the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information that we obtain from you, but we make no assurances about our ability to prevent any such loss, misuse, or alteration, and we and our owners, partners and affiliates will have no liability to you or to any third party arising out of any such loss, misuse, or alteration beyond that imposed by applicable law.
TT employees have access to your account as well as all of the modules purchased on the platform to ensure proper support of each tool.
The Platform has security measures in place to help protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of your data. When the platform is accessed using Microsoft Internet Explorer versions 6.0 or higher, Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology protects information using both server authentication and data encryption. The platform hosts it's system in a secure server environment that uses a firewall and other commercially available technologies to prevent interference or access from outside intruders. Finally, the platform provides unique user names and passwords that must be entered each time a customer logs on. These safeguards help prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the appropriate use of data. While platform uses commercially reasonable means to secure your data, we do not guarantee that your data will not be improperly accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards.

5.1. PUBLIC FORUMS
The Site may include, or the Service may offer you access to, interactive forums such as blogs, message boards, comment areas and chat rooms and video chat.
