If your business is a multi-location organization, or franchise, it's best to start off by building your brand. In this system you can create a blanket brand for your business, and nest all of your locations or business units under the umbrella business. You can also input multiple locations or businesses at one time, saving you time.
First, log into your account, click the settings in the upper right hand corner, and click Business Management:
Once here, click the "Add Brand" button to start creating your brand.
Enter all the details of your brand, and then click the "Add Location" button to start adding local businesses. You can add as many as you like here. Just continue to click Add location to add more businesses to your setup. Below the Add Location button you'll see numbers line up - click on each to add business details.
Once complete, you'll be able to log into each of your newly created business units using the searchbar at the top of the screen, and start enabling tools to use.
Also, once you have built your brand with your business units, by clicking the dropdown next to "create user" in the User/Business Management center, you can view your brands, and click the arrows to expand that brand and view all of the locations under it. Here you can see all of your billing and active tool information for the brand and each location.
