During the setup process of the Reputation Management tool, the technology will automatically scrape and find profiles for your business from all of the review sites integrated. 99% of the time this pulls in the correct profile, but from time to time the profile pulled in can be incorrect and you'll see a feed of reviews that do not belong to your business.
To fix this issue, login to your account and go to the reputation management tool. Then click settings in the tool:
In the settings, click the "Review Site Logins" button:
Click "Actions" and then the "Edit Landing Page URLs":
From here, you'll want to find the real profile URL for the review site you are looking to update and copy it. Back in the platform, find the site you'd like to update and click "Edit."
Update the URL and click save. Now you'll start seeing the reviews from your correct profile starting to feed into the platform (note, this can take up to 24 hours for the feed to start filling).
