Your address and phone number for your review request email and landing page pull from the settings for this tool. If you need to change your address or phone number in your review request emails or landing page, follow the steps below:
1. Login to your account and go to the Reputation Management tool.
2. Then click on Settings and then Location Management:
3. Click Actions and then Edit:
From here you'll be able to edit a number of different aspects about how your location is set up in the system, including Address, Phone Number, Business Name, etc.
Make sure you click Save Location at the bottom of the page and your email and landing page will be automatically updated.
