If you are trying to connect your Facebook account to the platform and either the business account you are trying to connect isn't showing up in the list of manageable profiles, or your list shows zero businesses to manage, try these steps.
1. Make sure you are an admin on the Facebook business profile you are trying to connect. If you are not an admin you will not be able to make the connection.
If you are an admin on the account it is likely a permissions issue - take these steps to update your permissions:
1. Log out of your Facebook account completely.
2. Log into your platform, go to add services, and then to connect your Facebook profile. This will prompt you to re-log in to your Facebook account. This just makes sure you have a fresh session on Facebook.
3. Once you are in, do not click the "Continue as" button. Instead, click the "Edit Settings" button:
From here you can click "Select All" or select the ones you want to manage one by one. Make sure any accounts you want to manage via the platform are selected. Then click next.
Once here, make sure that all of the switches are switched to "Yes." Click Done, and then OK.
This will take you back into the setup window where your business dropdown should now show all of the business profiles you selected so you can set up the account you want to manage. Walk through the rest of the setup and you'll be ready to start managing you Facebook business account!
