From time to time your social profiles may be disconnected automatically - this happens when platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc. update their API's, refresh API tokens, update terms of use, or even from time to time the social site disconnects API's to have customers log back in simply for security reasons - making sure you don't have API's set up that you just don't use any longer.
When this happens, you will get an alert in your platform that you have a disconnection both in the platform notifications, and the notifications in the social media tool itself:
When this happens, you can quickly and easily reconnect your profiles by going to Services, and then "My Services"
The check the "Disconnected" box to see any profiles that have disconnected. For any that have, click the Pencil icon, and walk right through the reconnection steps to get your profile reconnected so you can post, engage, and manage that profile without issue.
