Key User Roles and Access Privileges for CRM
The key roles and access privileges in CRM apps are as follows:
Super user
Super User is the one who has all the privileges of an administrator. Additionally a super user has privilege to upgrade or downgrade the business account.
Sales Manager
Sales manager is the one who has all the privileges against Customers App. They can view and manage customers, leads, opportunities and contacts applications completely.
Sales Person
Sales manager is the one who has all the privileges against Customers App. They can view and manage customers, leads, opportunities and contacts applications completely.
Business Contact Manager
Business Contact Manager is the one who has all the privileges against Contacts App. They can view and manage Contacts App completely.
Contacts Manager
Contacts Manager is the one who has all the privileges against Contacts App They can view, access, manage and configure Contacts App completely.
Contacts Manager – Read only
The user who has this role can only read and view contacts information from Contacts App.
Opportunities Manager
Opportunities Manager is the one who has all the privileges against Opportunities App. They can view, access, manage and configure Opportunities App completely.
Opportunities User
Opportunities Manager is the one who has all the privileges against Opportunities App. They can view, access and manage Opportunities App completely.
Customer Service Manager
Customer Service Manager is the one who has all the privileges against Cases App. They can view, access, manage and configure Cases App completely.
