Lesson 1: The Dashboard

Welcome to The Dashboard! The Dashboard provides an overview of your online reviews for all locations assigned to you based on your user permissions.

On the top of the page you can find your overall number of reviews, average rating, how many reviews still requiring a response, and your average response time. Below each of these sections you can see the percentage of increase or decline in activity.

Below you can find a chart that shows your review volume over the last 4 weeks. Next to that you'll see your rating production. This interactive gauge gives you a breakdown of your average rating sentiment over the last 4 weeks.

At the bottom of the dashboard, you'll find your review volume trend, your average rating trend, and percentage of reviews you've responded to. The review volume trend shows you how many reviews were written about you in the current month. This section will also tell you percent increase or decrease from the previous month. The average rating trend section shows you the average of all the ratings you earned in the current month as well as the percent change from the previous month. The responses section tells you the percent of reviews you've responded to and also illustrates how many of those reviews were positive, neutral, or negative.
