Adding Credentials for Review Sites

To be able to respond to reviews on the platform you will need to first log into each review site through the system to connect it to your reviews.

To get started, log into your account and click the "Reputation Management" tool to open your review management platform. Then click "Settings" and the "Location Management":

Next, find the location you want to update credentials for and click the "Edit Review Sites" link.

Now you can either search for review sites you want to focus on using the search bar, or you can just work down the list entering your credentials to all of the review sites. Hover over the Logins area of the review site you want to connect and click the little blue edit icon, then simply enter your username/password on the next page, or for Google or Facebook, follow the instructions listed in the downloadable PDF's.

That's it. Now you are ready to start responding to reviews right through the platform!
