Lesson 4: Reporting

From the "Listen" tab, you can access various reports on your review activity.

The Activity Report

The Activity Report focuses on your overall statistics. The report gives you a review summary which shows you how many reviews your company has and how many of those were positive, neutral, and negative.

Below the review summary, you are able to view today's ratings divided by individual site.

Below today's ratings you can find a graph showing you the review percentage per site. This helps explain on what sites most of your customers are reviewing your business on.

At the bottom of the activity report is the comments/reviews section. Here you can see all your reviews listed in chronological order from most recent at the top.

In the top right hand corner you are able to download an Excel version of this report and generate a PDF.

The Response Report

The Response Report is where you can view how many reviews each individual location is receiving and those locations' response time. This also report shows you each locations response rate as well as their average time it takes to respond. You are able to download an Excel version of this report or export a PDF by clicking on either of the buttons in the top right hand corner.

The Ranking Report

The Ranking Report is where you can view the total amount of reviews for each location and how they rank compared to the other locations. The report has 3 tabs at the top, "Review Ranking", "Rating Ranking", and "Review Performance Ranking." These tabs give you the option to rank locations by amount of reviews, by average rating, and by average rank. In the top right hand corner you're able to download an Excel version or PDF document of this report.
